About Colleen

My Approach

Many methods rely solely on intellectual knowledge for transformation. But lasting change requires integrating body, mind, and spirit.

This somatic approach helps you recognize the signals inside, like that feeling in the pit of your stomach or muscle tension in your face or neck. These sensations provide clues to limiting stories you may not consciously realize.

You are not a problem to be fixed! As a Waldorf Educator for over 2 decades, I have a deep respect for each individual's personal journey. My goal is to guide you through the limiting beliefs and corresponding behavior patterns that keep you from living your ideal life.

As a former educator, I’ve had many students over the years. When I became my own student, things really got interesting. Read my story.

My Philosophy

I grew up surrounded by the belief that “life is hard” and you must “work hard, play hard.” When difficult events happened, I assumed hardship was inescapable.

But over time, my perspective shifted. Life does require effort. But effort and struggle are not the same. Struggle implies hardship. Effort is conscious power directed well.

We can change our relationship to discomfort by identifying the roots of struggle. Instead of resisting pain or ignoring emotions, we lean in with courage and curiosity.

It’s not about false positivity or superficial fixes. But honoring the human experience so you can access inner peace amid joy and sorrow.

A deeper sense of well-being is available, and I look forward to sharing it with you.
